I don't have a clue as to why it's out or at least down at CP5 and not up north? My first thought was that it was brought down from new york.
Nothing is impossible for the person that does not have to do it!
Maybe they are greasing it up and getting it ready for winter. It last ran a few years ago with one of the deeper snowfalls we had.
