FGLK now has rights to use CSX trackage in Syracus to interchange with NYS&W. Anybody have any idea what traffic will use this routing? It wouldn't be NS overhead traffic as NS already interchanges with FGLK. Maybe CP originated traffic? Or would FGLK receive construction debris that NYS&W ships out of NJ?

If anything they maybe interchangeing car loads of beer from New Jersey on the NYS&W to FGLK who takes 1-2 cars loads of Beer to Auburn, NY
weekley to the Owasco Beverage warehouse.

Correct me if I'm wrong but they shouldn't foul the CSX mains for this move, right?

correct this won't block any traffic between the NYS&W but FGLK still has to raise the CSX Dispatcher to make a move out of Solvay yard to go to the NYS&W Interchange. Most ofton CSX will pick up and drop off cars on Sunday to the FGLK the cars are towed into DeWitt Yard and NYS&W will pick them up the following Monday along with what ever CSX has for them.
