Well I have seen this for CSX but not really too much on Norfolk Southern so I figured why not start my own timeline to becoming a conductor at Norfolk Southern in Philadelphia, PA. Anyone else going????

12/22/2011 - Filled out application for conductor online for Philadelphia, PA position
12/30/2011 - Recieved e-mail for recruiting session and interview on 1/11/2012

Hi , I went to the hiring session in Baltimore in December and I got hired 2 weeks later, I wish you the best of luck on your journey , and confidence is the key. as long as you make a good first impression on them you should be fine , the test that they will have you take isn't hard at all. and the interview process is mostly based on Safety and Attendance so if you have a strong background in those areas you should do fine
