I would like to thank Norfolk Southern for their quick work on the Route 9/River Road New Castle County, Delaware crossing repairs. These repairs only took about 3 or 4 days. The crossing was very rough and caused most drivers to move to the shoulder to avoid it. This created a dangerous situation for the intersection just past the crossing. Now the crossing is smooth and a vast improvement.
