Well it might be 2030 before the Politician`s deside to build this line between Reading and Phildelphia . The Phildelphia & Reading only took 3 years to do it back in 1837 . for the some of 3 million .

I heard a rumor that NS was interested in operating a commuter-rail version of the SVM (as opposed to SEPTA's gold-plated intercity subway) if PennDOT would provide financial support. Any news??
