I had occasion to take the light rail today and Amtrak south of Baltimore.

I noticed the flex flo yard at North Ave was utterly abandoned. There was 1 OLD rusty Conrail box car in the yard and weeds growing everywhere. The access from the NEC up to the yard appeared to be in tact, but large weeds growing there as well.

Is it still used?
