Looks like 406 is still there too: http://photos.greatrails.net/s/?p=215231" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Looks like the 5000 has an air conditioner. That ought to be greatly appreciated by the hump hoggers this summer!

Does anyone know the current status of 3004 — location, has it been repaired yet, etc.?

GMTX 3004 remains out of service at Waterville. I don't know if it's actively being worked on or if it's still waiting on parts from GATX. It will be returned to service at some point, presumably for PAR.

Moderator Note:

I edited the title of this thread to include the recent addition of LTEX locomotives.

With that in mind, check out this photo by "colmat91":

What's the rough count/ratio of active leasers vs. active homegrowns on the current roster? I can't find a power roster online that isn't years old or that only counts stuff they own...whether it's here or elsewhere, living or dead/mostly-dead @ Waterville. Since the current strategy seems to be more leasers going in and more of their own going out on lease, I'd just like to wrap brain about what very approximate quantities we're talking thus far.
