With the Haverhill line currently shut down, is Pan Am in a holding pattern right now or is freight being detoured?

Not really any good detour options. That's the only way in and out of Maine without going all the way up the Conn River to Canada and back over. The line will likely be back open before it's worth it.

Westbound freight passing through Dover (CPF 244) at 17:11 with two 7500s. First move I've seen in either direction today.
