Maybe they used to, but DOBO is its own crew now. They are symboled PH-1 on Sunday nights (typically no sand train, cover DO-1/DO-2 work) and Monday thru Thursday the crew symbol is DOBO.

4 February;
AYWA developed a power problem. They left the train on the Dover passing track and ran the power west, occupying the main just west of the Dover passenger station for at least an hour while they sorted the problem out. My only guess is maybe they were borrowing tools from the engineering dept. facility off of third street, which is right where they pulled up to. They got everything on line and departed east. No passenger trains affected.

3/15 I have not heard any scanner chatter on District #2 since early Tuesday afternoon.
The transmitter tower on Mt. Agamenticus in South Berwick/York has lost power quite
frequently over the years in major storms. On some past occasions, it has been down
for 2-3 days.

NHN will be leaving Dover this AM with 18 empties, 5 loads of
steel and 6 loads of LPG.

Does anyone know why on Sat. Apr 13 POAY stopped at Kennebunk to set off a car? Amtrak #692 was delayed over three hrs.
