I went by the Dover, NH yard on 8/29/14 and saw a real long string Tank Cars (40+). Just wondering why they would be sitting there.

I was told by a RR employee that there were several LPG cars in Dover for Sea-3, but they can only unload and store a couple at a time, and LPG demand is quite low right now (seasonal). This was a few weeks ago, though, so these may be different cars. At that time, there were 6 or so on a siding at the west end of the yard.

Could also be for Eastern Propane on the NHN in Rochester. They do a lot more propane than Sea-3 in Newington.

If most of those cars are for Eastern Propane, they are stranded in Dover until he
sinkhole situation on the NHN is resolved?
