Yes, it is a regulator. As I said, it is winterized. V plow, snow wings instead of rock wings. Regulators have PTO style hitches on which different implements can be attached. Much like a farm tractor, rototills in the spring, hays in the summer and spreads manure in the fall. A regulator is a versatile piece of equipment and has many jobs through the year.

yeah but the plow machine on district 1 doesn't have a place to put any wings or a place to put a broom and its interesting because it has a fisher plow mount.
