This was in the Daily Freeman paper today but it doesn't seem to be on their web site for me to link to. Yesterday some kids apparently set up a clothed mannequin in a chair in the tunnel in Kingston. The train stopped and police were called to the scene.

Doesn't CSX use mannequins for 'efficiency tests'?

But apparently this incident was the work of a vandal (well, prankster I guess as far as the perpertrator is concerned).

Oh brother!

Only a dummy would sit in the middle of a railroad track.
