Around 7:00, a 3/4-mile long S/B freight "lost" its last six hoppers and wound up fouling every RR crossing in Belleview for a long time while the conductor trudged back to the break and over saw the re-hookup. Hard to believe in this day and age of huge trains and multi-engine lashups that there is just a two-man crew on these trains. I wound up talking to the conductor from an adjacent roadway, and he seemed to be a pretty cool head about the whole thing. Lots of impatient motorists down the line from the break, though.
