It seems that the export coal has totally hit the pooper, when is it going to pick up.... Who knows, heard a belt broke in the coal mines and haulted all coal, or that the barges are not able to port and a few hundred other RR hear say factoids that who knows where they come from or who to believe. Curious as to any actual answers as to when it may change (or more confusion to the flame).
