Conrail ZTS Maps - Montreal Secondary

Does anyone know where I could get an electronic copy of the Conrail ZTS maps for the Montreal Secondary? I've searched the Fallen Flags and Multimodalways websites, but they don't have the ZTS maps for this location. Thanks!

Above is not an electronic version, but that ebay store has a TON of various Conrail items, timetables, ZTS, etc.

I have the entire Conrail Maintenance ZTS Program Book from 1980 that just covers New York State and Quebec. Trouble is I don't have a scanner big enough to copy the pages.
