Conrail 22137 an ex-Reading Extended Vision caboose is used out of Metuchen, NJ on the NEC locals. It is painted up in the old Philly Division paint scheme. Its seen better days, windows busted out, graffitti, but still alive.

No windows is an FRA violation, are you sure they're using it?

Conrail caboose CR 21205 has been repainted and renumbered by Norfolk Southern as NS 555200.

Many of the safety glass windows were shattered, yet still intact.....
Its basically used as a shove platform rather then a full fledged caboose.

are the doors locked or welded shut, if so that qualifies it as just a shoving platform and has no window requirements, though most lines just replace the windows with metal or wood
