Can anyone tell me when the locomotive CP 8142 was built? I know it was built in 1959, but what month? This locomotive is now BDRV 8142.

I hope Ive got the right unit... CP 8142, an SW1200RS was built as part of an order (8131 through 8146) built between 04/59 and05/59. Probably safe to say May, being late in the order. Is it still in New Jersey? I've got it as Black River & Western 8142.

Yes, its still in New Jersey. BDRV is branch railroad of Black River and Western.
