This photo just says on the back "CNR 10/23/1963". It apparently is a fan trip. Can anyone identify where this is or know any other details of the event?

FWIW I just read today that GTW fan trips ended after 1961. Don't know if that helps much, but GTW has been a CNR property for eons.
