I saw a claim in another forum that KCS run trains over BNSF's Crawford Hill. Is this true, and if so, how long have KCS had these trackage rights? And is it true that CNW used to have trackage rights there?

Some BNSF coal trains have on a regular basis KCS units in the power consist account the terminus is on KCS property. Once in a while KCS power will be in the lead on these trains and sometimes the entire power consist will be KCS. The CNW never had trackage rights over the Butte Sub which includes Crawford Hill. The CNW line from Norfolk, NE to Casper, WY did cross the Butte Sub at grade in Crawford, however. In addition, there was an interchange between the two railroads at Crawford.
