Can anyone give me a list of lines that branch off the BNSF main between Seattle and Portland. For the longest time I only thought it was the line east from Auburn and Vancouver.
From Seattle to Portland:
Tacoma: Tacoma Rail (former Milwaukee Road) south to Morton; Sound Transit southwest (Point Defiance Bypass) including a BNSF branch to Joint Base Lewis-McChord and Roy
East Olympia: Olympia & Belmore Railroad
Centralia: Puget Sound & Pacific Railroad to Hoaquim, Bremerton and Bangor
Chehalis: Western Washington Railroad; Chehalis & Centralia Railroad (tourist railroad)
Longview Junction: Columbia & Cowlitz Railroad
Rye Junction: Portland-Vancouver Junction Railroad to Battle Ground, Yacolt
Vancouver: Port of Vancouver industrial track
North Portland Junction: Port of Portland industrial track
Fallbridge: Portland & Western Astoria District ("A-Line")
