The judges are allowing just about anything, especially to guys that make their own snacks in a PV kitchen.

I think most 261 Friends runs are considered Amtrak extras for insurance reasons, so that counts in my book.

Six bingos. I'm pretty sure I was on an Amtrak train that was over four hours late but don't have a record of it (LSL in a frigid December in 1980; I think two hours late of SDY, then lost another hour at SYR setting out a bad-order car, then more delay at Depew because it was delay us more or delay the on-time first EB of the morning; must have made it to four hours at some point). But I do have a record of one almost four hours late (3:57 late at its latest; 3:53 late to my station).
