I recently acquired an ALCo/GE locomotive operating manual titled "Manual for Enginemen." The book is Bulletin 107 and covers the operation of Models S-1, S-2 and RS-1. Unlike other manuals in my collection, it does not have a date of issue. The subject locomotives were introduced in '40 and '41 so I would assume the manual was initially published at that time. Would anyone happen to know the specific month/year of issue?

In order to illustrate the cover, here is a link to another copy of the manual which is currently available:

Thanks in advance for any information provided.

My father received the same manual in 1958 when the Buffalo Creek RR updated S2"s No. 44,45,46 and 47 to multiple unit operation.(Page 36)
