Alco Serial numbers.

Good Afternoon,

Does anybody know of a good accurate site that lists Alco order numbers and serial numbers? I'm looking for some information on a Pennsylvania Railroad RS3 (8479) which is located on a siding in Swedeland, PA near King of Prussia.
