I am trying to confirm that this railroad has purchased 2 "New" Alcos recently. Reports say they have bought a RS-11 and C424.

Anyone know anything about this? If so, whose RS-11 and C424?

UPDATE TO ABOVE POST:

I should have done some homework first, but I went to the Tishomingo Railroad web site and an interesting discovery.
1) Both Ed Bowers (VILX) and Powell Felix are officers of this railroad.
2) Both gentlemen own Alcos-Ed owns a C424 and Powell owns a RS-11 which was sitting in Springdale,Arkansas.
3) My guess is that the two Alco locomotives are coming from the new owners of this railroad.

Any thoughts?
