The following message was on the Monon Railroad Historical-Technical Society Discussion website this week:

"During the month of December, burglars broke into the Wabash Valley Railroaders Museum in Terre Haute, IN. While they failed to gain entry into the buildings they did make off with the original Pennsylvania Railroad sign with the name "TURNER", which was bolted to the side of the Turner Depot!! This tells us it was a "collector" or someone who knew what they were after and went through a lot to get it off the building.
