This information is for those who wish to join the Railroad Museum of Long Island.
Membership in the museum runs from August 1st of each year. Dues are as follows:
Regular (1 vote) - $40.00
Associate (no vote) - $25.00
Senior (over 62) (1 vote) - $20.00
Student (under 18) (no vote) - $20.00
Corporate (1 vote) - $150.00
Voting takes place at the Annual Fall Membership Meeting, usually held on the third Saturday in October.
Members are entitled to free admission to both museum sites during regular business hours and entitle members to become volunteers. Other benefits include a 10% discount on merchandise purchased from the RMLI gift shop, a subscription to RMLI's newsletter The Postboy, and advance notice of upcoming RMLI events and activities.
Membership can be purchased through a check or money order payable to RMLI, and mailed to RMLI, P.O. Box 726, Greenport, NY 11944, Attn: Membership.
