"Walthers will be happy to exchange any defective current production FEF-3 up to 12 months from date of purchase as long as Walthers has them in stock".

"Defective units can be exchanged(returned to Walthers) as long as they were purchased from a Walthers dealer or direct from Walthers with proof of purchase".

This offer supercedes the Lima/Riv terms.

IMO, Walthers' willingness to step up to the plate during the Hornby tender offer reinforces Walthers'credibility and professional integrity.
