Even if I did model electricified railroads, I don't think I'd buy products from IHP.

Man, if your tone wasn't meant to be rude and condecending it sure came across that way in your post.

I don't think that chastising a person for their opinion is good for your company and product image.

Maybe instead of ripping up a person's character on a message board you should focus on making customers and potential customers (who might think your prices are too high) happy.

But then again maybe I'm just being ignorant too.
