Well, my grandfather got me interested in trains. This loco shown in these pictures are of one his is shown leaning out the window (Nearest the platform, another gentleman who I do not know is standing in the doorway on the platform side.)

-NEW- I found out only last year, that the Locomotive became an AMTRAK Loco. Renumbered #403. Scrapped: 1976...
:(

Broke my heart to find out..... I really wanted to find that loco :(

Definately this one:

I do not care for the fence blocking the train at all, but it was impossible to avoid. This was taken for the Trains Magazine photo contest, "Bridging the Gap." My idea was bridge plates, which can be seen in the black box in the lower right.

And my second favorite:

Only wish the pole wasn't there...

I got lucky to catch this train in the Wind River Canyon, a secondary route, and I chased the train through the canyon and got this vantage Just before the train went into the tunnel.
"Why would you take a train to go see another train?"
Some people just don't understand.

Is it any of your business? Go back to SubChat and stop trashing this board.

But if that photo is taken, you should give credit, unless you took the photo.

It's great to give credit where credit is due. But is there a reason we're assuming it's not his own photo?
