I saw a consist operating eastbound through Pittsburgh with about 5 engines and in the middle was a ATSF painted GP60M. It was a mixed freight. Did anyone catch the number of this unit?

No, I'm not sure, but I'd bet it to be Q368, as that train usually has foreign power. However, being a New Yorker, I can't testify to it based on the time you saw it though.
