A friend who lives near Geneva, NY related recently that last week he had observed what appeared to be a ATSF unit at the FGLK facility in Geneva. Does anyone have any further information?

It's blue and yellow but not a warbonnet, I forget the exact details of where it came from (shortline out west) but I'm sure someone else can fill in the blanks or a Google search will bring it up.Camas Prarie Railnet.
