Select (higher priced) tickets get a free day's auto parking at a station garage, everyone else pays, using "Pay by Phone". Is it possible to use this service if you don't have a phone with you? (The Miami garage may allow you to pay an attendant.)

I wandered by the WPB garage after work the other morning and asked one of the attendants. You can pay by phone or pay via a website posted on the same notice.
I tried sending an E-mail to the company, and asked the question on their comment form back on Nov. 14. I still haven't received a reply.
