Post by CountryBoy1990 » Tue Jan 29, 2019 8:14 pm

I’ve been scheduled for an interview with NJT next week for the assistant conductor position, any tips on what to expect for the interview ? I really get shy during interviews!

Can't be shy on the railroad! ESPECIALLY working as an AC on passenger trains.

Emphasize safety over and over. Also that you are willing and ok with working anytime, anywhere.

Just relax, take a deep breathe and be yourself.
