Thought I'd share photos mostly of a Finger Lakes excursion, 9-20-2008, from Victor to Manchester, for anyone wondering what the right of way looks like now, or FGLK 2201 in Cornell red...
Rt.251 crossing west of Victor (tough to get the next Apollo through there...)

For the record, on the pictures where Payne Rd is mentioned, photos appear to be at Cty. Rd 28. Hadn't seen the new crossing gates - it used to be crossbucks and reds, and at my last trip down Payne Rd, it was crossbucks only although I wouldn't be surprised if that had changed also. Love that 332 shot by the way.

Re:
Frame 586 (last three digits) taken in Manchester. Interesting to note that the steel carman shanty still stands, over 33 years after the Lehigh Valley Railroad ceased to exist (structure just below the water tank).

All grade crossings on the ONCT now have at least lights and the newer ones include gates. The underpass elimination project on Rt. 21 (manchester/shortsville) provided new lights/gates for both Rt. 21 and South Ave. Outside of that project, Payne Rd. (lights/gates) was the last to have crossbucks only.
