Friends,
The Milan, PA station is now for sale.
http://sei1.navicamls.net/listings/316/BS20311627A.htm
It includes both cabooses, one of which is 95065, which was built for the LV exhibit at the Worlds Fair.
Call Connie Cockcroft at 570 888 1982, she's the most qualified individual to review this property with you.
Ive already looked her over and decided Ive got too much else going on to pursue the project, thats why Im posting it here. One small note, the MLS page I included above lists it as having a septic, it does not. It has a holding tank.
This is one of the very few remaining mainline stations in the state of PA.
To access this station..from the north, take I-86/Rt17 to exit 60, take 220 all the way to Milan and turn left at the yellow traffic blinkers.
From the south, take 220N or Rt 6 west to Towanda, continue north on 220 to Milan, turning right at yellow blinkers.
