Found myself in Northbrook PA doin' a li'l tubing on the Brandywine last weekend....and the entire time I'm floating down the creek next to a rail line, which I realized was the Reading's W&N branch. I heard that ISG recently sold this trackage to PRL (who seems to be buying up any branch line trackage they can).

Any clues when one could see / photo a train on this line... either at the Coatesville end or at Northbrook (where there's still an old cupola caboose)? And what kind of power is PRL assigning to the branch?

Thanks in advance for any info.

They usually do moves on Tuesdays

Not sure when they run north to Coatesville but yesterday I saw a blue C420 pulling 5 grain condolas 2 boxcars and 2 empty lumber racks towards avondale

You can usually catch them there around 1:00pm
Right at US Rt 1 and the Brandywine Creek
