The reporters on WFSB are already cluck-clucking about safety records and whether or not the people who live along the line should fear for their safety. Scare headlines. Big bad Providence and Worcester. They're questioning P&W's locomotive inspections also. Now I don't know much about anything, but wouldn't this be more of a track condition problem? Correct me if I'm wrong.
