MSTS "debugger" error message

I went to play MSTS and a message came on the screen that says" Unload debugger" What is this and how do I fix it. I even tried reinstalling the entire game with no luck.
Yet I can play another train game called "trainmaster"on there with no problem.

Most of the time,that problem result of a too old Tsection data..

The better thing I can suggest,is to download Xtrack and NewRoad latest version,after that,you will be able to play..

And facultative thing,MSTS update and MSTS Binpatch

By the same,you should use the TSunpack fix,that will let you the possibility to install APK files,for activitys..
