Hi Folks,

after two years of hard hard work, we've now finished our first version of a long series of a new kind of signal tower simulator. We're busy with a whole row of new things, but will release one at a time.
First is Simulation Post T Arnhem 1965. A full blown GRS NX Panel as it was in used from 1954 until 1980 in Arnhem (that town with that famous just to far bridge!).
Why 1965? Because that was actually one of the most interesting times in Arnhem. Still a lot of steam from the Deutsche Bundesbahn around and the Trans Europe Express (TEE) just started to run.
You'll have your hands full on the dispatching of that all. Pretty new is the comprehensive movement order system for the switching, which includes endless amounts of different consists. Absolutely interesting (words from the betatesters!) is the full scale Catenary Controls. Though an expert option... as it is not easy to operate, it just adds to the reality of the simulation.
The simulation is in full English, as is the application too.

What does it offer?

- Extremely exact copy of the NX Panel:
o Setting Routes
o Revoking Routes
o Routes into occupied track (Restricted speed)
o Fleeting of signals
o Super Routes
o Alternative Routes
o Switch Keys
o Danger Labels
o Announcement Buzzer
o Original Sound of the panel!
o Power Interruptions
o Operating Signal Brightness
- Advanced Communication System:
o Communication with other Dispatchers
o Signal and Trackside Telephones
o Block Signal Telephones

- Running on Wrong Line (Wrong Line Working)
- 145 Tracks, 5 Platforms, 8 Platformtracks
- 100 Switches & Switch Keys
- 95 Signals
- 7 Announcement Buttons
- 528 Trains (!) with TEE “Rhein-Main” (VT 11.5) and the first TEE Rheingold!
- 440 Movement Orders!
- Realistic Train Physics
- Driver’s Behaviour dependent on Visibility and Weather
- Cooperation Buttons with Arnhem-Freight Station (Classic Signal Box)
- Many Shunt Movemements (Changing Direction, Coupling, Decoupling, Change Number)
- Complete Vehicle Database of the Railways in the Netherlands with their properties
- Delays
- FAC Trains (=facultative Trains)
- Trains run depending on their Week Day or particular Period
- Extra Trains
- Engineering Trains
- Helper Trains
- Engineering Works (Track Works)
- Full Operation of Overhead Wire (Catenary) Connectors
- Earthing of Catenary
- Scenario System
- Saving and Loading of Simulation Sessions
- Salary System
- Many Extra Options for Experts!

In the next couple of months I'll reveal more about our plans for the US and the rest of Europe about Simulation.... We're very hard working with the team on various other types of signaling simulators.
Have a look at this one first.

lots of fun!
