LIRR Route & M-1 equipment for MSTS

I'm was wondering is there anyway to download and get any LIRR routes and M-1 equipment for my MSTS if so could some one please explain how i can obtain them. And does any on know of additonal NEC routes or other amtrak routes and equipment.

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that my website (accessible from the WWW below) has undergone a major overhaul.
