When the Indiana Full Crew Law that required a 3rd Brakeman on trains of 70 cars or more was in effect, did the NKP have a point near the Ohio State Line where the 3rd Brakeman was dropped / picked up on the Ft. Wayne / Bellevue and the Frankfort / Lima runs?

Third brakemen out of Fort Wayne got off at Payne, Ohio, just inside the state line. In an earlier time, they got off at Continental, Ohio, because many trains worked at Continental with interchange to and from the former Cloverleaf.

Lima was the home terminal for the Lima-Frankfort pool crews, the third man went all the way from Lima to Frankfort. The same was true in the Bellevue-Peru pool.
