whats it mean when a train has "outlawed" ? heard it on the radio the other day and am unsure.

It means they have reached the end, of the LEGAL limits of Hours of Service. After 12 hours on duty, they can railroad no more. On the Hogs, Outlawed, On the Law, Died or Dead, Dogged, etc., all different ways of saying the same thing. Work time is over!!!!!!! :-D (now, if ONLY they would send that damned taxicab.............. :( )

it means the train has been hijacked by rustlers up to no good...
