Utilizing trackage rights, here's a westbound MA&N freight on the CSX main in Utica yesterday morning:

The train shoved onto CSX Track 1 at MP 235 (more often, they enter the main at MP 238) and is seen here passing both ex-NY Central Tower 30 and MA&N's engine house.

Note also MA&N locomotives Nos. 805 and 2042 in the background.

Well, where I was videoing is just a few hundred yards east of Union Station. The speed limit by the station is 50, so no more than 50. West of the station, I'm told they are now allowed a top speed of 60.
