Following damage caused by flooding from the major storm which hammered the Utica area Oct 31-Nov 1 ( viewtopic.php?f=128&t=170529 ), NYS&W service to customers in Waterville and Sangerfield was suspended.
On Nov 19th, after MOW crews completed many repairs, the Susquehanna ran two ballast trains. The first revenue run since the flooding occurred the next morning.
