Where is this location?

Found this video on Youtube. In the first minute or so, it shows a CNJ train in 1897 going under a bridge with a PRR local on a bridge.

Any guesses to where it was shot?

the was shot elizabeth nj. The CNJ crossed under the PRR. The bridge is still there. Cnj in not in use any more
