Late posting, there was an eastbound through Rutherford 4:25 pm this afternoon. last three units were ns c40-9w, c40-9w and sd70m-2

That was the H08 running the first e/b freight from Campbell Hall since Irene.......
H8K completed a round trip from Croxton to Campbell Hall last night.....the first one since Irene..........
There will be something later....including 4 4axles for Suffern....

with 'bout 40 or so cars...

I guess he either had to clear in Suffern yard or try to beat 68 to Harriman since only one track is in service west of SF.
I think it may be possible that NJ Transit might not be the perfect, infallible organization that most people assume it is.
