Yeah, the line is Still active. The train passes the shop rite in palisades park at around 8:15 most of the time.

Here's a blast from the past. Granted, it is an extremely poor quality photo. but it represents a brief moment in time when blue Conrail #3204 and bay window caboose #18438 drilled surplus Penetone tankers at the Cresskill siding. Both the siding and Penetone would be gone soone thereafter.
