Lumber/building products yard in Somerville, NJ

This past weekend I was at a birthday party at an airsoft gun place near the Somerville / Bound Brook area near Rte. 22. There was trackage outside the place, with a spur branching off and curving around to a business that I believe is called Somerville Building Products. The trackage continues on across Rte. 22, but is blocked by construction on the roadway. The crossings looked new, including the one for the parking lot of the airsoft place. Whose trackage is this, and what's its status? Is that lumber yard an active rail customer?

Also, as another point of reference- there is a paintball place across the street. Also, according to Google Earth, this is Bridgewater, NJ. The image is from 2013. Things looked very different there on the ground this past Saturday, 2 years later.

Are you referring to the Middlebrook Industrial track?
If so, some discussion of the on-going construction in this area from this thread of two years ago
