Around 8am this morning there was a dedicated Refer train with a solid UP consist ( 3 UP units, 1 Southern Pacific patch job ) that headed WB on the LV. All the cars had the ARMN markings on them. Was this train rerouted from somewhere?

Yes, this was one of the many CSX detour trains due to the derailment in upstate NY; symbol was R091-28, and continued west via the Trenton Line.
