I'm talking about the rail yard that heads toward dedham center. The last heard the mbta was trying to sell it a condo developer but that apparently fell threw because clean up costs.

Side note: i took a drive down next to the yard and i saw the some amtrack mow equipment and the 2 red hoppers way down on the left that have been there forever. It looked like there was a tank car(tough to see) way down to the right(northwest part of the yard), could that have possiably been part of the southside rail washing?

It would be neat to get some freight service back in that idustrial park to the left. :(

I drove by the old Readville yard today and saw all track has been removed right up to the road crossing. I have seen various items in the news regarding the future of this land. I wonder if there is something happening soon because cleanup work seems to have accelerated.
